6. Path 3: The Performer.
Sorry for the delay, my loves.
Power outages and Idalia had me on a forced, mini-hiatus.
I love acting.
It’s where I found my purpose as a young, directionless man.
And amid that dream, I almost lost myself.
I chose to do the right thing, supporting people, and living by the code I had set up for myself. It became challenging when that code worked in direct opposition to the industry I wanted to be a part of.
It was my choice. I made it. And I will always stand by it with pride and thankfulness.
I love the stage.
I love the joy and passion I have for performance.
But… it isn’t my purpose.
My purpose is to help people. To tell stories. And help people feel seen, heard, and loved.
And I won’t ever stop.
This path explores a different side of my story.
In a different thread of the universe and a different timeline.
What would have happened if I just caved?
Did what I had to to succeed?
Would it have been worth it?
Would I be the man I chose to be instead or some twisted, broken version of that man…
I loved piecing this path together and I can’t wait to share this amazing work that I am so proud of with you all on the 5th of September, 2023.
