It’s no secret how much I love the amazing food at my University.

SCAD is catered by the incredible Bon Appetit Crew!

They have become a huge part of my story, here in America.

When I was lost and didn’t know how to get myself back on track and in the midst of every eating disorder you can think of, they came through.

Chef Terry changed my life with one sentence. 

A sentence of kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness.I can’t begin to tell y’all how much each of the staff on this team means to me.This was meant to be fun post about the sandwich…

But I’m much happier with this version.

Thank you for being there for me when I was alone and afraid.

And for always keeping me well fed and in the best of spirits.
