I began my time in this Mythically imbued take on the classic office comedy format.

However, through a significant emphasis on tailored storytelling that serves our intentionally built out and intelligently crafted cast of rogue-like elements, this show sets itself apart from the inspirations it draws from as a brutally honest and unforgiving Souls-like tale of camaraderie, variance of views and beliefs, and an ability to set aside who we think we need to be and embrace the reality of us all being mere mortals doing our best to heal the wounds of our past and protect ourselves from the present while feeling free to open our arms wide and dive into the next expansion pack that life presents to us.

Mythic Quest never felt like a show I had to power through or labor to watch.

It felt as though I had a space to feel exactly how I needed to feel and characters that were just as messed up as I was as they attempt to prevent the world from seeing the little version of themselves that is at the command center of this giant adult structure.
