Decoded: @masterclass with @gstephanopoulos
This class had me drawn in right from the first lesson.
Each lesson was crafted with an amount of attention to detail that made me more and more invested in the manner in which George communicated his thoughts on purpose-driven communication.
I loved the way this class pulled from his real life experiences and allowed me to get an insider look into the life of a man who has interviewed just about everybody of prominence in this country.
I learned to tell them, and tell them again while leaning in fully to my body language cues and the ability to draw people in while being invested in their experience and perspective, regardless of if it aligns with my own.
The pointers that are drawn from each interaction and interview that is analyzed allowed me to truly tap into the mind of this brilliant communicator and figure out just how to take the tools he was equipping his audience with and make them my own.
I firmly believe I have leveled up as a communicator and as a leader because of this class and some of the skills I learned enabled me to max out my success in dealing with an issue with my beloved employees.
I consider purchasing this year pass the greatest investment I could have done for my career and personal growth.
I cannot recommend this MasterClass enough.
It is taught my a legend, whether you love him or don't and it has set me up with a firm foundation for continuing to evolve and grow as a purpose-driven communicator and a loving yet direct leader.
