There is pain in the progress.

There is freedom in discipline.


For those brave enough to reach for it.


Fight for it. Dream of it.




I Am.


I am strong.

I am bold.

I am brave.

I am beautiful.

I am calm.

I am not perfect.

I am broken.

I am worthy.


I have failed.

I am not a failure.

I make mistakes.

I am not a mistake.

This life is full of pain.

This life is full of joy.

More than one thing can be true.


One day at a time. One thing at a time.

All working out for good and for the glory of my God and Savior.
