4. Therapy.

Ms. Cathy! Words cannot express how much you’ve meant to me and my journey.

I can promise you that if it weren’t for Ms. Cathy’s kindness, love, compassion, and lack of B.S.ery, I would not be here, today.

You changed and saved my life, and I will never stop being grateful.

If you don’t know who Miss Cathy is, we haven’t talked enough.

I will forever be thankful to you for helping me love and appreciate who I am.

I AM ENOUGH.

It took us over three years to get me here, but my God, I believe it with all my heart today.

So thankful for Martin Antoon’s nudge to give therapy another chance and to Miss Cathy for making it the best decision I’ve ever made.
